form blank/empty.

Deposit the VISA fee in post office in favour of Consulate
General of India,9, Rue du Valais,1202 Geneva. Post-Check

Photocopy of your Swiss B / C /
F Residence Permit

Self addressed and stamped
return envelope (CHF 5.00)

Send all the above document to
Tibet Bureau, Place de la Navigation 10, 1201 Geneva by
registered post.
