Virtual talk on “China’s Human Rights Violations and Expansionist Agenda” with Italian parliamentarians on 8 December 2020.
Geneva: In recognition of the 72nd Human Rights Day, a virtual talk on the topic “China’s Human Rights Violations and Expansionist Agenda” will be held on 8 December 2020 from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm IST.
The talk is jointly organized by Tibet Bureau Geneva, the Tibetan Community of Italy and Italia Tibet Association. The talk will be broadcasted live via TibetTV.
President of the Central Tibetan Administration Dr. Lobsang Sangay, Italian Senators On. Roberto Rampi and On. Malan Lucio, Members of Parliament of Italy On. Bianchi Matteo Luigi and On. Nobili Luciano who is also the president of the Intergroup of Parliamentarians for Tibet, Former Foreign Minister of Italy On. Guilio Terzi, Professor Joseph Cheng from Hong Kong and Zumretay Arkin from World Uyghur Congress will speak in the panel.
The panel will be moderated by Laura Harth from Global Committee for the Rule of Law “Marco Pannella.”
Representative Chhimey Rigzen from Tibet Bureau Geneva, Claudiio Cardelli, President of the Italia Tibet Association and Kelsang Dechen, President of the Tibetan Community of Italy will welcome the panel and deliver vote of thanks.
